Last night was our last workshop on the Fan the Flame Cross Canada Tour and we were in Terrace, British Columbia. It was quite amazing to be there last night knowing that maybe a handful of people have actually done Inductive Bible study and that the majority of people were brand new. To see their reactions and to see their excitement as they were working through the study and even afterwards with what they wanted to do going forward. It was such a God thing. This location was a late addition to the tour and it was so worth it. God already had that planned out and sometimes we don’t see that beforehand, but we trust and have faith that God has a purpose for it all and last night we saw that.
Today, we’re heading home and we’re super excited for that. It’s been an amazing two weeks and a huge blessing to go on the tour and see all these churches and these people just diving into God’s Word. We’re looking forward to seeing our families though and catching up on some much needed rest. I know for me personally, I’m looking forward to not flying on another plane for a while 🙂 In all seriousness though, it’s been amazing and I’m still trying to wrap my head around it all, so that’s what these next few days will be about. To really look at all that happened and all that God did during the tour.
Next Monday night (March 21st) at 8pm EDT we’ll be having our next LIVE webcast event where you can tune in from the comfort of your own home. Mark, Lisa, and myself will be sharing stories from the Fan the Flame tour and giving God all the glory for what He did and is doing in the lives of His people across Canada. Thank you to all those that came out to each of the workshops. It was truly a pleasure to meet you and a honour to see you get excited about God’s Word, to study it and learn something new. We hope that it was a blessed time of study for you and that you felt encouraged to continue to study the Word.
Lastly, thank you again to all those that have prayed for us during the tour. We definitely felt your prayers during the travel times, at each location and how God provided for each of us along the way.
See you next Monday!
