The information we collect will depend on the reason for collection and could include: your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit information relating to payment and limited purchase history.

We collect this information only if required to process any of the following: completion of a sales or donation transaction, delivery of product, registration of products for third party suppliers, inclusion on our mailing list or your entry in a contest or survey.
