Shipping

When will my order ship? Orders are filled on a first come basis. Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day, pending stock availability.

What about backorders? If an item is on backorder you will be notified and given the option of shipping your order complete when the backorder item becomes available or shipping the available items now and the remaining item(s) when they arrive. If the second option is chosen extra shipping charges may be incurred.

Returns

What can I return? Books for class orders may be returned if too many were ordered. They must be in new condition. DVDs and CDs may be returned only if package is unopened. Returns must be sent with the shipping costs prepaid by the sender. Precept Ministries will not pay for return postage. Please call for a return authorization before sending your return. Items must be returned within 90 days of your initial order. Sale items or discounted items may not be returned.

What if there was a mistake in my order? If our customer service or shipping personelle made a mistake with your order, please call immediately and we will correct the mistake. If items need to be returned, Precept will provide you with a return label to use. Under no circumstances should you send material back C.O.D., the expense is not a good use of the Lord's funds.
